Shipping

1. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 5 to 12 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination. Orders to North America are usually at the longer end of this range.

3. Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Prices in the eurozone include VAT. The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before payment.

4. Order tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for the first carrier scan to appear.

5. Customs and duties

In most cases no customs duties apply. Where they do, they are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking shows no movement at all for more than 10 business days, email us at info@embrace-the-grind.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

7. Address errors

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are undelivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can usually correct it before dispatch.

Returns and refunds

1. Return window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

2. How to start a return

Email us at info@embrace-the-grind.com with your order number. Do not send anything back before you receive our confirmation. Once your return is approved we will send you the return address and full instructions. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

3. Return shipping costs

Returns are shipped at your own expense to our address in Hungary, which we provide once your return is approved. We recommend a tracked service: we cannot process a return we do not receive.

4. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and of the original packaging. We will review the evidence and come back to you with a solution. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable
consumer law.

5. Non-returnable items

Custom or personalised items, and gift cards, cannot be returned.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and place a new order once your return is approved.

7. European Union — 14 day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.

8. Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it.
